Recruitment Made Easy - Return and Refund Policy

At Recruitment Made Easy, we are committed to providing high-quality services to our clients. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before purchasing any of our services.

1. Service Satisfaction

  • Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our services. If you have any concerns or issues, please contact our customer service team at rmenewsletter@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the service.

2. No Refunds for Services Rendered

  • Once a service has been rendered, we do not offer refunds. This includes but is not limited to consultations, recruitment services, and any other service provided by Recruitment Made Easy.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel a service before it has been rendered, you may do so by contacting our customer service team at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service date. Cancellations made within this time frame may be eligible for a full or partial refund at our discretion.
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours after the scheduled service date are not eligible for a refund.

4. Modifications to Services

  • If you need to modify the details of a service you have scheduled, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but changes made more than 24 hours after the scheduled service date may not be possible.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

  • In certain exceptional circumstances, such as an error on our part or an inability to deliver the promised service, we may consider issuing a refund. Such decisions are made at the sole discretion of Recruitment Made Easy.
